Greetings in the Precious Name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I am Rev. Griffin Davis, Sr., Pastor of Hilltop Missionary Baptist Church in Riviera Beach, FL. I am one of 18 children who grew up in the family nightclub business. But at the age of 21 God called me out of the nightclub, and into the pulpit. When God called me out of the world, he gave me a desire to do greater things for Him, than those I had done in the world.
God gave me a vision of a “Christian City” with a church that seats 50,000, and to place it in the center of this city, symbolizing where the church is to be placed in our lives. This “Christian City” will service the needs of all in the community. God has placed it on my heart and the hearts of my parishioners to build homes that will benefit the people in our community, who have been mistreated, ignored, and abused. We plan to build assisted and non-assisted living facilities for seniors, a place where they can be pampered with the best medical services and personal services, in order to enhance their quality of life. Homes for unwed mothers, teenage mothers, teenage runaways, and victims of AIDS, are also on our agenda. This is a great task, but where God places a vision, He makes provision, and through the provisions of God and our non-profit organization Blessed National Known, Inc., we will bring this vision into fruition.
We have been and continue to be Blessed by God. He has opened many doors for Hilltop Missionary Baptist Church and me. We have been invited guest of Presidents, Senators, and many other dignitaries. God has certainly found favor with us. As we strive to continue to do God’s will for our lives, we ask that you continue to pray for us |
